The graceful Baden-Wurtemberger Stan the Man xx mare Sindy has been one of Dirk most favorite horses to date. No matter if at home or at the competitions, working with her was always fun. Throughout her entire career she always came home clear from the cross country course. In 2004 she came 3rd at the CIC*** World Cup qualifier in Luhmuhlen and finished 5th at Kreuth CCI*** in 2005. In 2006 Dirk was riding her in their both first ever 4* competition where they finished on a fantastic 5th. After another very good outing in Schenefeld they got their well-deserved ticket for the World Equestrian Games at Aachen. After a good dressage and super clear round across country she was lying in 9th place but could not presented to the final trot up after loosing a shoe on the cross country course. In the following years she scored a few more very good 3* placing’s before she was retired from the sport in 2009. Today she is back with her owner Carola Liedke and had her first foal last year.
Dirk about Sindy:
“Sindy always was the princess. Up until today she has been the horse with the biggest heard that I have ever ridden or owned.”
